Join our amazing Muay Thai class at Frontline Muay Thai! This traditional martial art from Thailand, known as "The Art of Eight Limbs", combines fists, elbows, knees and kicks for a complete training experience. Our highly qualified and experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you reach your goals — whether you want to get in shape, build confidence or prepare for competition.

Beginner class

No previous training background is required for this class. You learn basic exercises with fundamental technique, which is important for building a solid foundation. The goal is to make you comfortable with training, both mentally and physically.

Intermediate class

This class requires a minimum of 6 months of Muay Thai experience. The intermediate class features more challenging exercises with advanced techniques. For many, this is the stepping stone to taking their first fight if they wish. There is more focus on sparring with the opportunity to join Friday sparring sessions. This class is also used as a "recreational" class by many.

Advanced class

This class requires a minimum of one year of Muay Thai experience and is 15 minutes longer than the other sessions, with a more advanced and challenging level. Here you train alongside everyone from athletes with one year of experience to world champions. This is a unique opportunity to develop further in the sport and train with the elite of Norwegian Muay Thai, in a safe and inclusive environment.

Friday sparring

Friday sparring is for those who attend intermediate class and above.

Advanced clinch

Specific clinch training for advanced athletes.

Youth class

Ages: 11–14
In this class, youth learn more technique than in the children's class. There is also the opportunity to start competing if parents approve.

We have a strong focus on anti-bullying and zero tolerance for misuse of techniques or violence. We receive very positive feedback on our preventive work and have collaborated closely with several public and private youth programs.

Children's class

In this class, children learn fundamental techniques in a safe and playful way. Throughout the course, we focus on creating a positive experience where children have fun while getting a healthy introduction to martial arts. We discuss important topics like bullying and why violence has no place in martial arts early on.
