Do I need experience to start?
No! All our classes have beginner sessions where you learn everything from scratch. No martial arts background needed.
How much does a membership cost?

What do I need to bring?
For beginner classes you only need workout clothes. Gloves and gear can be borrowed. We also have everything available in our shop.
Is there parking at the center?
Yes, there is free parking right outside the facility at Valhallavegen 10a, 2060 Gardermoen.
