
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting and control through technique and strategy rather than brute strength. It suits everyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness level. At FMT Jessheim, an official member of Roger Gracie Academy Norway, you train safely with experienced instructors and athletes at all levels.
BJJ Mix (Gi)
This is our main Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, suitable for everyone from beginners wanting to learn basic techniques to experienced athletes competing at the highest level. Sessions consist of technical drills, positional sparring and free rounds at the end.
Submission Wrestling (No-Gi)
The No-Gi class follows the same structure as BJJ Mix but is trained without the gi. This provides a more dynamic form of training suitable for all levels and especially well-suited for those wanting to compete in No-Gi or MMA.
Friday sparring
Friday sparring is open to all levels. Here we focus solely on sparring and practical use of techniques. It's perfect for those wanting to challenge themselves, prepare for competitions or simply get an intense and fun training session.
BJJ for women
A dedicated women's class with female instructors providing a 100% safe and inclusive environment. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside other women.
